Common terms or phrases can be used as redirects to the main article that pertains to them. In this case, "Instant mind clearer" can be set up as a redirect to the article that explains the process. Keep in mind that verb articles typically only explain the game command and how it is used in a limited fashion. The mechanics of a process, such as those dealing with experience absorption as part of a single type of boost, would be more appropriate for a mechanics-oriented article.
