Terror flare

Terror Flares are a type of specialty flare which provides immobilized status (-50 DS), puts the receipt in stance offensive, adds RT, and is a 100% penalty to the base skill EBP of the target and cause the target to drop their weapons. Terror Flares have been offered at Ebon Gate and as of EG 2022, are able to be added to weapons, armor, and shields. They do not work on undead.

Terror Flares add -100 to item difficulty.

Your mithril platemail flashes red and you suddenly feel enraged!
