Glittery lavender wallpaper covers the four walls of this minimally furnished room. The darkly stained wood flooring is largely covered by a shaggy oval rug of deep plum. Huge gold letters on one wall read: PERFECT IS THE ENEMY OF GOOD.

On the makeshift wooden cart you see: a pair of vaalin-sigiled silk gloves, a thin wooden toothpick, a small copper buzzer, a nondescript iron artifact, a hollowed glass rod inset with a zorchar filament, a weathered leather wand belt, a frayed wool prayer rug and a pair of runic stone dice.

Examine: The fine fabric of these gloves has an unusual sheen coating the surface. Imbedded somehow within the weave of the fabric on the back of each hand is a large vaalin sigil.
