Hello again!
Hopefully, I followed the instructions correctly. Thank you for the example, it was very helpful. I'll check back to make sure it was acceptable or rather is acceptable now.
Thanks!
Actually wait a moment. I would rather delete that one, if you could?
File:Cada Arborsong.png as well as any with the prior Cadance name in them. (Same image that I've been manipulating). A permanent delete would be amazing on the following ones as well:
I did add the relevant information but I'd prefer that they got deleted anyways. I messed up the font too much changing the name.
The one you fixed up is the only version I would like to remain.
Thank you Again.

- Hello! Thank you for letting me know. I will delete the three images you have requested, File:Cada Arborsong.png, File:Cadance.jpg.png, and File:Cadance Arborsong.png. I also did confirm that all three images are not used on any articles on the Gswiki. I realize that the image policy can be cumbersome and appreciate your help in making sure that any images uploaded comply with it. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 10:05, 4 February 2025 (CST)
Image at Risk for Deletion
Hello again, BARDLIEST. You recently uploaded an image to the wiki, File:Cada Arborsong.png, that is missing some information required by Gswiki:Policy. This image is missing the following information:
- Who created the image?
- If that person is not you, was permission granted by the artist to upload it?
- If AI imaging software was used to create it, what is the name of that software?
- If AI imaging software was used to create it, [[Category:AI artwork]] must be in the image description for inclusion in Category:AI artwork. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about the image policy and its requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. This information needs to be on the images as well as on all articles using them. In addition, all images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in Category:AI artwork. To add that text to the image file, you will need to click on "Edit Source" on the image file itself and add all of the required information. All articles using this image will also need to have their captions updated to include this required information.
If that information is not added within 7 days, this image will be deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from the image. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements.
I did see that you uploaded a second very similar image, File:CadaArborSong.png, which was also missing all required information on the image file itself. However, as you provided caption information for the image on the article featuring it, Cada (prime), I have already updated this second image to comply with Gswiki:Policy. As copyright information must be clearly stated on the image file and as a caption for all articles featuring it, just an article caption is not sufficient for these purposes. In addition, any AI-generated images must be included in Category:AI artwork. This is done by typing [[Category:AI artwork]] as part of the image's text description. I have already made adjustments to the image file on your behalf, so no action needs to be taken by you this time for this second image. If you would like to see how that is done, you can click on "Edit Source" on File:CadaArborSong.png to view it and use that as a basis for how to edit your first image. Please be aware that any future images that do not include all required information on both the image file and all articles featuring them will be flagged for moderator review.
If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone Discord forum's wiki thread. Thank you. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 12:03, 2 February 2025 (CST)
Hello KEBECHET, Thank you for the instructions as last year the aggressive hammering of my images - "wrongly" displayed IMAGES - THAT I MADE AND BROKE NO COPYRIGHTS-, was exactly the reason I removed it last time. If you could please request some sort of easier say.. Entries that must be filled to post such as:ARTIST and MEDIUM, etc before actually allowing any upload, it would cut out the difficulty for me and many others entirely while cutting down moderators need for policing.
- Thank you very much for updating that image's information! I have relayed your suggestions about improving the process of uploading images to the wiki team. Unrelated to the image and for future reference, if you ever want to add a "signature" to anything you write on the wiki, you can do so via ~~~~. While it isn't necessary at all, it can be useful for communicating on talk pages like this. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 08:45, 23 January 2024 (CST)
Image at Risk for Deletion
Hello, BARDLIEST. You recently uploaded an image to the wiki, File:Cadance.jpg.png, that is missing some information required by Gswiki:Policy. GSwiki now has a new policy for all images uploaded to it. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about that policy and the requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. This information needs to be on the images as well as on all articles using them. To add that text to the image file, you will need to click on "Edit Source" on the image file itself and add the required information. Thank you for already including the image in Category:AI artwork. You did include all of the needed information already in the other two images you recently uploaded, File:Liylith.jpg and File:Cadance Arborsong.png, so I suspect that this is merely an oversight with the third image.
If that information is not added within 7 days, this image will be deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from the image. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone Discord forum's wiki thread. Thank you for understanding. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 09:01, 17 January 2024 (CST)
