Image at Risk for Deletion

Hello, GSBARDESS. You recently uploaded an image to the wiki, File:Regwen Maritin.png, that is missing some information required by Gswiki:Policy. Thank you for already including the name of the AI software used to generate it. Your image is missing the following information:

• Who created the image?
• If that person is not you, was permission granted by the artist to upload it?
• When AI imaging software is used to create an image, [[Category:AI artwork]] must be in the image description for inclusion in Category:AI artwork.

Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about the image policy and its requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. This information needs to be all images uploaded to the Gswiki as well as on all articles using them. In addition, all images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in Category:AI artwork. All articles using a moderator-flagged image will also need to have their captions updated to include this required information.

If you need examples on how to do this, Gswiki:Style guide/Images has copy/paste code examples for different image types. If you need instructions on how to do each step, Help:Images goes into detail on how to edit image files and how to display them with captions on articles.

If that information is not added within 7 days, any moderator-flagged images will deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from any flagged image file. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements. Hi again, GSBARDESS. I saw that you had updated the image caption information on Regwen (prime). I have updated the image file description for File:Regwen Maritin.png on your behalf with that required information. In the future, if this information does not appear on the image file description itself and any articles featuring it, the image will be moderator-flagged for review and potential deletion. However, this image is now considered compliant with Gswiki:Policy and no further action needs to be taken by you. If you would like to see how I adjusted the image file's description, you can do so by going to File:Regwen Maritin.png and clicking on "Edit Source", as you would with any other article.
