Hi there, HALEM20. Thank you for your recent work getting the information about the upcoming Blood that Binds storyline onto the wiki. I noticed that you included an image on the storyline page, File:Blood that Binds.png, that you cited was "provided by GM Naionna". The GSwiki requires specific attribution information on images to be clearly stated, such as the artist name and, if the artist is not the uploader, if permission was given to upload the image. Please see Help:Style#Copyrights for more information about the requirement to provide the source and artist name for all images uploaded to GSwiki, as well as noting if permission was granted to upload it. If you need an example of how to do this, the character page Arenglae (prime) does this very clearly for all of the portraits. Additionally, if the image was created using AI software, you will need to note what software was used to create it. Thanks for understanding! Character Vignettes
Hi again, HALEM20. Thank you for doing so many updates to help record events in the recent and ongoing Platinum storylines. I noticed that you recently added two character vignettes related to the What Lurks in the Dark storyline that do not appear to be linked to your account based on prior edits to their respective character pages. If you are uploading vignettes on behalf of another player, you will need to very clearly state that on the Discussion tab for each page. The two vignettes are Jaired (platinum)/Loose Ends and Oliviero (platinum)/Interruption. To add that information, you will just need to click on the Discussion tab at the top of each article and note that you have permission to upload them. - Hello, HALEM20. I previously reached out to you about two character vignettes related to the What Lurks in the Dark storyline that you added to the wiki for characters that did not appear to be yours, based on prior edits to their respective character pages. I see that Oliviero's player did confirm that permission was given to upload Oliviero (platinum)/Interruption to the wiki, however there is still no indication that Jaired's player gave permission to upload Jaired (platinum)/Loose Ends. GSwiki has recently updated its copyright policy with regard to posting works created by another person. I have flagged the "Interruption" vignette for not being in compliance with the updated Gswiki:Policy for Copyrights on works created by someone other than the uploader. A statement that the vignette was uploaded with permission by the author must be added to the vignette's Discussion tab. If that is not added within 7 days, it will be deleted from the wiki. Articles at Risk for Deletion
Hi, HAELM20. In reviewing recent edits to the wiki, you appear to have created two vignettes for characters that do not belong to you. Gswiki:Policy prohibits edits to other players' Character Pages, which includes subpages, without their documented permission. In addition, its Copyrights section, prohibits submitting content that was created by others. All articles written on behalf of another player must include a statement that permission is granted by that character's player to edit or create an article on their behalf. This should be on each article's talk/discussion page. To add that text to the article's talk page, you or the character's owner will need to click on the "Discussion" link at the top of th page and then enter the text, followed by a digital signature of ~~~~, in the text editing box. Both of these articles are now marked for deletion:
If that information is not added within 7 days, these articles will be deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from the articles. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements.
