Article/Edits at Risk for Deletion
Hi there, VAN1031. In reviewing some of the recent updates, I saw that multiple accounts have made edits to Khalypso (prime) and Skylai (prime), which are character pages that you originally created. It is not clear who is the player behind Khalypso or Skylai.
There is no indication on the articles' Discussion/Talk tabs that you have given permission to another account to edit your characters' pages on your behalf. Gswiki:Policy prohibits users from editing character pages unless the character is theirs or they have been given permission by that character's player to make those edits. If you have permission to any other account to edit these character pages, you will need to indicate this by clearly stating it on their Discussion/Talk tab, Talk:Khalypso (prime) and Talk:Skylai (prime), that you have given permission to do so either to a specific or account or to any account. Simply noting that in the edit reason for an article is not enough for Gswiki:Policy. Alternatively, an editor acting on your behalf can put that information on their discussion pages. When adding that information, please make sure to add ~~~~ at the end of your comments, which will automatically add a "signature" with your user name, plus the date and time of when your edit was made.
If you are Khalypso's or Skylai's player and you have given permission to anyone else to edit these character pages, then you will need to clearly state that for each character page on Talk:Khalypso (prime) and Talk:Skylai (prime). If you are using multiple accounts to edit a character, you will still need to include that permissions statement. Alternatively, those accounts with permission to edit it can add that information on your behalf. Edits made prior to July, 2023, are grandfathered into an earlier version of Gswiki:Policy for character pages and will not be reverted or deleted.
If that information is not added within 7 days, the most recent edits to the character pages by accounts other than the character page's creator will be deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from any flagged character page. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements. Images at Risk for Deletion
Hello, VAN1031. You recently uploaded two identical images to the wiki, File:Jaydrin.jpeg and File:Jaydrin.webp, that are missing some information required by Gswiki:Policy. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about the image policy and its requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. This information needs to be on the images as well as on all articles using them. In addition, all images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in Category:AI artwork. To add that text to the image file, you will need to click on "Edit Source" on the image file itself and add all of the required information, plus [[Category:AI artwork]] to include it in the appropriate category for AI artwork. As these appear to be identical images, including their resolution size, only one will be able to remain on the wiki and the duplicate image will be deleted. You only need to update the information for one of these two images.
If that information is not added within 7 days, these images will be deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from the image.
