The DELAYED verb is an informational tool that will allow a player to see any and all delayed services that are in process or complete.

• Leave the Event Name blank to default to ALL events or see valid Event Names with DELAYED VIEW EVENTS.

If you are not online, you do not receive a message. You will see that the status has been changed to COMPLETE if you check via DELAYED.
