The twitch verb is a roleplaying verb. It has special options for Aelotoi, and the untargetted version varies based on damage to the character's nervous system.
Usage
>help twitch Usage: TWITCH - Twitch TWITCH {target} - Twitch at a player, object, or creature target TWITCH SET [OPTION] - Shows or sets the TWITCH verb options available. >verb info twitch Verb information for verb "TWITCH": No target: STANDARD NOT INJURED - You feel that nervous twitch starting up again. MINOR NERVES - Your muscles begin to twitch involuntarily. MEDIUM NERVES - You lose control of your muscles for a moment as you are wracked by a fit of convulsions! They subside just as suddenly as they came. MAJOR NERVES - You lose all control of your muscles and are wracked by a fit of uncontrollable convulsions! AELOTOI NOT INJURED - You twitch your wings ever so slightly. MINOR NERVES - Your muscles begin to twitch involuntarily and your wings spasm slightly. MEDIUM NERVES - You lose control of your muscles for a moment as you are wracked by a fit of convulsions, making you twich from wing-tip to toe. They subside just as suddenly as they came. MAJOR NERVES - You lose all control of your muscles and are wracked by a fit of uncontrollable convulsions that set your body and wings into motion! Targetted: STANDARD - As you glance at (target), you begin to twitch with agitation. AELOTOI - As you glance at (target), you begin to twitch your wings with agitation. NOTE: ONLY first person messaging is listed unless it differs substantially from other versions. Wedding messaging will only work with your spouse, all other targets default to standard messaging. Messaging without an option shown applies to all options. Special scripts and areas may override listed messaging.

- Minor nerve damage (muscle twitching; developed slurred speech)
>twitch Your muscles begin to twitch involuntarily.
- Medium nerve damage (Sporadic convulsions or muscle spasms)
>twitch You lose control of your muscles for a moment as you are wracked by a fit of convulsions! They subside just as suddenly as they came.
- Major nerve damage (Uncontrollable convulsions or difficult time with muscle control)
>twitch You lose all control of your muscles and are wracked by a fit of uncontrollable convulsions!
If standing, the character is forced to kneel.

- Major nerve damage (Uncontrollable convulsions or difficult time with muscle control)
>twitch You lose all control of your muscles and are wracked by a fit of uncontrollable convulsions that set your body and wings into motion! Vanah doubles over, putting her shaking wings in the air as she is wracked by uncontrollable convulsions!
If standing, the character is forced to kneel.
