Verb:WAIT

WAIT Type Roleplaying, System Race Erithian System Bounty

WAIT is a roleplaying verb. It also has functionality within certain systems, such as with escort bounties.

Usage:
    WAIT                            - Stand around waiting for something
    WAIT {self}                     - Wait for a moment
    WAIT {target}                   - Wait for a target
    WAIT SET [option]               - Shows or sets the WAIT verb options available.

STANDARD       - You tap your foot impatiently as you wait for (target).
ERITHIAN       - You still yourself, waiting patiently for (target).

Self target:

  OTHERSE      - Xeraphina pauses and waits a moment.
ERITHIAN
  FIRST PERSON - You patiently wait, measuring each beat of passing time.
  OTHERS       - Xeraphina patiently waits, a serene look on her face.

Object targets:
STANDARD       - You stare at (target) as if waiting for it to do something.
ERITHIAN
  FIRST PERSON - You patiently observe (target).
  OTHERS       - Xeraphina takes keen note of (target), observing it patiently.

Creature targets:
STANDARD       - You glance apprehensively at (target), waiting for its next move.
ERITHIAN       - You still yourself, carefully watching (targets) actions.

No target:

NOTE:  ONLY first person messaging is listed unless it differs substantially from other versions.  Wedding messaging will only work with your spouse, all other targets default to standard messaging.  Messaging without an option shown applies to all options.  Special scripts and areas may override listed messaging.
