Whispering Willow will allow the caster to WHISPER to targets that otherwise cannot be whispered to. Those with the Whispering Willow spell already active may WHISPER while immobile or webbed.
If the ranger first casts Nature's Touch (625), they are able to use Whispering Willow indoors.
Lore Benefit
Training in Spiritual Lore, Summoning further increases the caster's whispering abilities.
Ranks Whisper Range 0 Anyone in the same realm, provided that they are outdoors and visible 4 Anyone in the same realm, provided that they are visible 8 Someone invisible and in the same outdoor room 12 Someone invisible and in the same room 16 Someone in the same realm, provided they are outdoors, regardless of visibility 20 Anyone in the same realm* 24 Someone in another realm, provided they are outdoors and visible 28 Someone in another realm, provided they are visible 32 Someone in another realm, provided they are either outdoors or visible 36 Can whisper to anyone*
- *Anyone unlocatable, either due to the room they are in or due to the use of the Unpresence (204) spell, cannot be contacted via Whispering Willow.
