Awl-pike

The awl-pike is a basic polearm consisting of a long haft topped with a simple pointed blade. It is, along with the lance, a devasting weapon capable of doing massive damage. Naturally, this damage effectiveness comes at a price; the awl-pike has a very slow attack speed in the form of a significant roundtime and the requirement that it be wielded with two hands. Some of this additional RT can be offset with Agility and Dexterity stat bonuses.
