Slashing Strikes

Slashing Strikes is a buff effect. When active, your attacks have a standard flare rate chance to attack a nearby body part, dealing minor slashing damage and applying Major Bleed if the target is eligible. The weapon in use must be capable of dealing slash damage, but the effect can activate on any damage type dealt by it.
