The magic item combiner premiered at Ebon Gate 2018 as a wandering automated NPC who will combine charges from two items into one for 100 Ebon Gate seashells. Not every item was eligible, and there was a limit as to how many charges one item could have. This service is exclusive to Ebon Gate.
To use the combiner, hold the item to keep in your right hand, and the item to take the charges from and be destroyed in your left hand.
