Thick iron mullions and wooden trusses support the large sheets of glass that separate the cold alpine air outside from the warm and oppressively humid air inside this vivarium, made all the more intense by the sunlight streaming through the glass ceiling. Throughout, lush plants and vines have been woven around the wooden posts and beams that form the walls of the pens located at the center of the enclosure. You also see a large wooden sign with delicate gold lettering.

The oppressive heat and humidity are amplified by the lack of any portal to the outside, denying shoppers even a moment's respite. Coiled around the mullions and trusses supporting the glass ceiling overhead are large vines soaking in the ample sunlight. Below, succulent plants are displayed along the beams separating the pens from the walkway. You also see a green succulent-topped wooden gate.
