The '''Summit Expression Faire''' is a recurring pay event introduced in 2015 focusing on pre-made (already written and approved) [[custom swear]]s, [[custom logon/logoff]] messages, [[signature verb]]s, and [[custom spell prep]]s. All services are pre-made, avoiding any [[QC]] backlog from [[delayed service]]s, but all changes to characters will fill up a respective custom slot on the character for that service (i.e., the character will have one less custom spell prep slot available should the attendee choose a spell prep). It is held on the same grounds as [[Sylinar's Spire]] (see Spire page for shop listings). |

Somewhere in the northern Dragonspine, there existed a school for the advanced teaching of alchemy, prestidigitation, and thaumaturgy. Young wizards traveled from across the lands to study and practice with the greatest magical masters. Rare ingredients were shared, incantations were whispered around warm fires, and apprentices, in time, became masters themselves. But over the years, the halls grew silent. The students no longer came. The old masters moved on, or retired to the cold stone towers. |

Until Sylinar, venerable professor and librarian, made it his mission to restore the college to its former greatness. The old elf opened his doors, eager to raise enough capital to fund his dream. Visitors came for services, souvenirs, shopping, and exploration. They befriended the old man and wondered over his "pet" griffin, Sebastian. They puzzled at Sylinar's odd remarks and the often strange and unexplained details they noticed within the tower. During the last visit, Sylinar hinted that he had work to do, and would not be available for months to come. |

Master Sylinar is thrilled to unveil the most recent renovations to the long forgotten Summit Academy! Several faculty members will be offering their services to a limited number of adventurers at the Summit Expression Faire. Your ticket will grant you access to explore the open grounds, meet some of the faculty, and obtain 3 of the following services: |

*Premade signature verbs |
|||
*Premade spell prep messages (available for single spells, entire spell circles, or all spell casting) |

Choose from a lengthy list of choices, already reviewed and approved. The faculty will teach you your lessons during your visit! |

Sylinar's Spire will also be open (including his shops), although the professor will not be offering his services at this event. The Archives (containing the enhancive hiding griffin pins) will not be accessible during the Summit Expression Faire. |

Hey folks, |
|||
Premade swears will not be making an appearance in the initial runs. We went a bit overboard building up a sizable stable (and I might be a little burnt out) of preps and signature verbs for the opening offerings. We're hoping to add swears back in on the later runs (though likely after the Spitfire). |
|||
My apologies to anyone hoping to get their swear on. |

On a potentially related note; would you all be interested in being able to have more than one SWEAR MINE option per character? |

When you arrive at the Academy (via MERCHANT) you will be dropped off in the Courtyard outside [[Sylinar's Spire]] (the same spot you arrived at if you visited the Spire for one of his events). From here, you will go north to the newly renovated grounds that our beloved librarian has reopened! |

You can also explore the Spire itself, though obviously no services will be offered there during the Expression Faire. The Archives (where the awesome griffin enhancive hiding pins live) is open, but the pins are not there during events other than the Spire events themselves. |

Sylinar's shops will be open. You can also purchase snacks from a peddler in the school's commons are, if you so desire. |
|||
Please look around and explore! The grounds have a lot of detail! I hope you enjoy this area half as much as I enjoy bringing it to you. |
