Images at Risk for Deletion

Hello, RAVENNA. You recently uploaded several images to the wiki that are missing information required by Gswiki:Policy. The image files are File:Brother Blud Kimono and Medallion2.png, File:Kothos with more green eyes.jpg, File:Reynai3.jpeg, and File:Reynai-AI-fix1.jpg. Your images are missing the following information:

• Who created the image?
• If that person is not you, was permission granted by the artist to upload it?
• If AI imaging software was used to create it, what is the name of that software?
• If AI imaging software was used to create it, [[Category:AI artwork]] must be in the image description for inclusion in Category:AI artwork.

Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about the image policy and its requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. This information needs to be on each image as well as on all articles using them. In addition, all images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in Category:AI artwork. All articles using these images will also need to have their captions updated to include this required information.

If you need examples on how to do this, Gswiki:Style guide/Images has copy/paste code examples for different image types. If you need instructions on how to do each step, Help:Images goes into detail on how to edit image files and how to display them with captions on articles.

If that information is not added within 7 days, these images will be deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from the images. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements. In addition, I noticed that the images appear to be two sets of duplicates with different image sizes. File:Brother Blud Kimono and Medallion2.png and File:Reynai3.jpeg are not used on any articles, while the other two versions of them are. If these additional files were uploaded in error, you can request deletion of them (or any image) by adding {{delete}} to the image file description, plus an explanation of why on the file's Talk page.

Lastly, I saw that you have two accounts that have edited the character pages for both Kothos (prime) and Reynairra (prime). Thank you for adding a note on Talk:Reynairra (prime) that both accounts have permission to edit it. You will need to add a similar note to Talk:Kothos (prime). While I can easily verify that both accounts are stated to be linked right now while viewing both character pages at the same time, this is only because I was reviewing linked uploads. Future edits will be moderator flagged without that permissions statement. Please include ~~~~ following your permissions statement to serve as a "signature". Requested edits, tags and permissions

I hope I did this correctly, I have added the AI category to each of the images who need it, and the captions under the image descriptions that identify them as MidJourney images resulting from my prompts. I have also added that my ASYLUM account has permission to edit/add to Kothos's profile. Thank you for including the links to the images and copyright instructions! Everything looks great on my end! Thank you very much for adding in the copyright notes for these and the older images, plus the permissions note for the character pages.
