For generations, the acqsael have kept to the currents, their shimmering markets hidden deep among the coral beds and bioluminescent grottos of their undersea realm. But now, for the first time, they extend a graceful invitation to the land-bound above.
From June 20th through June 27th, brave explorers and curious wanderers are welcome to descend into the acqsael’s world and experience the wonders of their markets. Rare wares, elegantly-crafted goods, and raffles wrapped in mystery await you in the currents below. A host of underwater merchants and curious vendors will be offering goods unlike any seen above the surface—crafted from materials only the deep can provide.
To allow time for unhurried browsing and discovery, the evening of June 27th through the 29th will be reserved for leisure shopping. The acqsael encourage you to wander the reefs, linger among the glowing caverns, and take in the songs of the sea.

The Acqsael are a mysterious and ancient merpeople who dwell in the waters off the Western Harbor, near the northwestern region of Charl’s Teeth.
Among the Iyo, the acqsael are known by another name – savsysst – though the exact meaning of this term remains undisclosed to outsiders. This name is rarely spoken beyond the Iyo’s communities, reflecting their reluctance to share knowledge of the acqsael with the wider world.
The acqsael dwell in the breathtaking underwater city of Laeqithe, intricately woven into vibrant coral reefs and sprawling caverns that surround and support it. Their architecture reflects a deep reverence for the sea, with structures formed from coral, seashells, and natural rock, shaped into flowing, organic designs that mirror the gentle curves of ocean currents and the delicate patterns of marine life. Every aspect of their city blends seamlessly with its surroundings, creating an environment where nature and civilization exist in perfect harmony.
The acqsael possess sleek, streamlined bodies perfectly adapted for swift and agile movement through the water. Their torsos resemble those of humans, but instead of legs, they have long, flowing tails covered in iridescent scales that shimmer in shades of blue, green, and silver, reflecting the light as they glide through the depths. These tails end in elegant, fan-like fins that provide both propulsion and control. Along their backs and forearms, delicate fins extend outward, their translucent surfaces glowing faintly with bioluminescent patterns that shift and pulse with their movements.

I've updated and modernized an existing older script for canes and runestaves that was previously just called "Cane Fluff" and is now called "Commanding Cane."
It is now compatible with the flourish system, and existing canes/staves with this script can convert to a flourish version using FLOURISH CONVERT. Remember, this cannot be reverted.
All existing canes/staves with this script will automatically be converted to Tier 2 when you use one of the verbs (including the newly added ANALYZE).
An additional unlock (Tier 3) with 4 new verbs will be available at this year’s Premium Festival. Certificates to add this flourish at Tier 1 to your existing items will also be available at the festival.
You analyze the ghostwood cane and sense that the item is free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The item has Flourishes that do the following: This is a Commanding Cane. It may be altered, but the noun must remain either "cane" or, if it is a runestaff, an approved runestaff weapon noun.
It is currently Tier 2 of 3.
Verbs: LEAN, POINT, PULL, TAP, THROW, TURN, WAVE, and PUSH.
You might be able to have a talented merchant lighten the ghostwood cane for you.

Tangled and Tethered Bag
Discovered in the Tideswept Bazaar at the depths of Mist Harbor, the tangled and tethered bag is designed to be worn on the waist. When worn, it will be "a hip-tied bag," and when not worn, it will be "an untied bag."
Alterations The bag may have its long or show description customized, but it must always feature a loose-weave construction reminiscent of a diver's collection bag. The opening must include ties of some kind, reflecting its knotted design.
The LOOK description will permanently include the phrase: Hemp and waterlogged jute cords trail from the bag, their ends tied with bits and baubles salvaged from the sea.
