Isn't the ability to transfer wounds tied to Empath Base spells known and capped by level rather than strictly tied to level? I'm fairly sure a level 7 empath without 1107 is unable to transfer major limb wounds. Oliver Talk 22:15, 31 May 2006 (EDT)
