The SACRIFICE verb is used by sorcerers for their sacrifice abilities.

                    SACRIFICE TEACH {player}

The word TARGET is valid for both SACRIFICE and SACRIFICE INFEST and uses the standard targeting system.

Your senses tingle, then become awash in a flood of power as the life leaves your hapless foe! The striped gak collapses to the ground, emits a final bellow, and dies. You feel 13 mana surge into you! Exultant in your success, you accidentally cut the link too abruptly, the last trickles of power snapping back into the gak with concussive force! CHANNEL

SACRIFICE CHANNEL (creature) directs the energy of a sacrifice into an animate, healing it of injuries and refreshing the animate to its original duration.
