Shifting wand game. The shifting wand is a random wand generator that sometimes appears at festivals and pay events. It costs 25,000 silvers to buy and wands generated may be pre-imbedded and rechargeable.
On an old driftwood crate you see: a shifting wand.
At first glance, this seems to be nothing more than an ordinary wand, but as you look closer it seems that its shape and color are constantly changing. Who knows what you'll end up with if you buy one!
