This spectacular whorled flower moves slightly under your gaze, as if acknowledging your stare. Cleverly shaped like a wheel, the blossom is set with a yellow center that grows out in a series of evenly spaced spokes, which are then connected with a round series of slitted, bright red petals. At the edge of the blossom, yellow, rounded tips create the final effect of a flower caught on fire.

Locked firewheel flowers have access to four verb traps. They also have ambient messaging.

Additional Information

This spectacular whorled flower moves slightly under your gaze, as if acknowledging your stare.  Cleverly shaped like a wheel, the blossom is set with a yellow center that grows out in a series of evenly spaced spokes, which are then connected with a round series of slitted, bright red petals.  At the edge of the blossom, yellow, rounded tips create the final effect of a flower caught on fire.

Ambient messaging

Ambient messaging can be toggled with TAP. While active, one of the following messages occurs approximately every 30 minutes: 

Your firewheel flower stretches, the petals shifting slightly as it repositions itself.  As it settles down, the stem clings tightly to you.

The petals of your flower briefly wilt down over the stem until their light, papery surfaces come to rest against you like a hug.

Slowly, the petals of your flower close, hiding the vibrant center from view.  After a moment, they open up again with a soft sigh.

Your firewheel flower idly twists, spinning its petals like a wheel before slowing to a stop.

Your firewheel flower stretches its petals outward for a moment, sighing softly in contentment.
