N'ayanad crystals are the most powerful of the four alchemy crystals. Alchemists cannot create these crystals from other crystals. N'ayanad crystals can be broken down progressively to end up with 8 ayanad crystals. The progression is as follows:

1 n'ayanad --> 2 t'ayanad --> 4 s'ayanad --> 8 ayanad

N'ayanad crystals can be extracted to create some faintly shimmering dust.

N'ayanad crystals are dropped by creatures approximately over level 50.
