Description:   The curving shimmertine fragment is rough in most places, but iridescent hues dance along the smooth surfaces where the stone fractured along its proper cleavage. From one direction, the semi-translucent stone appears pure white, but, from another, many long, thin stripes in various rainbow hues draw a parallel course through the heart of the stone.
