Elanthia

Elanthia was the planet on which the continent of Elanith was located. The world was inhabited by many sentient races, including humans, elves, dwarves, halflings, gnomes and many others. The world consisted of two known continents, said Elanith and a second unnamed continent from which the erithian race hailed.

Under the surface

Elanthia is the name of the planet on which the characters of GemStone IV exist. Considering the level of technology (elven airships, gnomish dirgibles, etc.) to the races of Elanthia, it's surprising how very little lore about the world exists.
