I'm having my first experience with spell burst in Nelemar with my capped paladin so I figured I'd post my observations on here.

Using the wiki calculation I currently have wearable mana of 65.78.

I suffered a minor spell burst while wearing 401, 406, 414, 506, 508, 509, 601, and 202.

Removing 401 or 601 prevents spell burst.

Working from the burst-free set of 406, 414, 506, 508, 509, 601, and 202

adding 503 and removing 601 and 202 is still burst free. replacing 406 with 507 results in spell burst.
