AGIDEX is generally used to refer to the sum of a character's agility and dexterity stat bonuses, and primarily used to determine what reduction to combat roundtime a character experiences.
Every 15 combined bonus of these stats reduces combat RT by 1 second, starting at 8. So 8 is 1 second, 23 is 2 seconds, 38 is 3 seconds, 53 is 4 seconds, and 68 is 5 seconds.
