Do you have a source on the 1-in-5 and 1-in-8 flare rates? When I did somewhat high-sample testing years ago, I ended up thinking it was 1 in 4 and 1 in 7.

About the water flares rarity, when I won my water flare token at the 2018 EG I was told there were only 3 others out there and I've seen that another went out this year.
