Winter Constellations

Case: Winter Constellations, presented by Allies of the Grey

Description: A basic primer on the constellations of Winter. Most constellations were projected using a special lantern that cast its light in the formation of the constellations using a series of varying screens. Due to snowy conditions and their presence, or lack of in the sky, this method seemed the most accurate route of display. 

Presenters: After investigation, I found that the Allies of the Grey are a former Gypsy Troupe known to have a penchant for scrying. These constellation talks are common for them, along with selling wares. 

Presentation: While interesting, the presentation was basic in nature. As a point of interest, the speakers added to the discussion the tendencies of the people born under each constellation. For example, those born under the Ur-Daemon constellation are passionate, determined and chaotic, often hurting everyone and everything around them. This gave a bit more insight into the importance this group held regarding the influence of the stars.

Conclusions: One interesting reference presented was a legendary tidbit about the Spire Constellation. Lore indicates that the spire represents the great library where Fash’lo’nae and Lumnis gained great power and knowledge. Curious as to whether the library was a manifestation of an existing location, I asked such. No one seemed to have any idea as it was “legend.” However, it does seem suspect that such a fact would be added without some hint of truth in it.. 

As a final thought, perhaps finding out the birth dates of important influential figures around Elanthia and matching them with their birth constellations may be a way to determine said figures’ tendencies, strengths and weaknesses if the shared correlation between personality predispositions and the stars are accurate.

"The Eye"

Description: A secret source revealed to us that [REDACTED] had telepathically communicated with an entity they described as "The Eye."  We need to inquire from [REDACTED] the nature of this entity and what information it communicated.

Findings: [REDACTED] claimed to only ever have direct contact with the Eye on one occasion.  At a prior event, contact was made by "The Claw," on behalf of the Eye.  Subject confirmed that when the Eye did communicate directly, it did so telepathically and told [REDACTED] that plans were in place to [REDACTED].  This Eye conveyed that this [REDACTED].  The Eye beckoned [REDACTED] to gather those loyal to [REDACTED] for the coming events.  Furthermore, Subject confirmed that, like the Claw, the Eye made mention of [REDACTED].

Conclusion: Who the Eye serves is unknown, but likely connected in some way to [REDACTED].  [The rest of this document has been redacted.]
