Hello! I enjoyed viewing the artwork on your character page for Nemdenia (platinum). While I was reviewing the recent updates on it, I noticed that you did not include the artist or copyright information on the page itself for the image that you uploaded, "Nemdenia Portrait.png". That information must be noted on the page using the image, not just in the image's metadata. Please see Help:Style#Copyrights for more information about the requirement to provide the source and artist name for all images uploaded to GSwiki. If you are the artist who created the artwork, you can simply note that instead. If you need an example of how to do this, the character page Arenglae (prime) does this very clearly for all of the portraits. Thanks for understanding! I'll check back in soon to see if this information has been updated. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 08:35, 8 November 2022 (CST) |

:Hello, ALLENM20. I previously reached out to you about an image on your character page, Nemdenia (platinum). GSwiki has a new policy for all images uploaded to it. I have flagged one of your images that is not in compliance with the updated Gswiki:Policy for AI-Generated Artwork. The image that has been flagged as needing updated information is as follows: |

:* :File:Nemdenia Portrait.png - The metadata for this image indicates it was created using the Stable Diffusion AI imaging software. Who created the prompt for this image? If that person is not you, was permission granted by the prompter to upload it? |

:Hello, ALLENM20. I am following up with you on behalf of the wiki team. I know that MOD-GSMOTTE already reached out to you about the Lich:Thaumaturge Tome Script article that you previously wrote. In light of the updates to the wiki standards for lich script pages, the script article is now permitted on the wiki. I have moved the article so that its title properly conforms with these new standards (which adds Lich: at the start of the article title). The article will need to be updated with the forthcoming lich script template as soon as it is released. Thank you for your patience and understanding. - Hello, ALLENM20. I previously reached out to you about an image on your character page, Nemdenia (platinum). GSwiki has a new policy for all images uploaded to it. I have flagged one of your images that is not in compliance with the updated Gswiki:Policy for AI-Generated Artwork. The image that has been flagged as needing updated information is as follows:
- File:Nemdenia Portrait.png - The metadata for this image indicates it was created using the Stable Diffusion AI imaging software. Who created the prompt for this image? If that person is not you, was permission granted by the prompter to upload it?
- If that information is not added within 7 days, it will be deleted from the wiki. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone forum's wiki thread. Thank you for your understanding. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 11:26, 12 July 2023 (CDT)
Thaumaturge Tome Script
User talk:ALLENM20: Thank you for adding so much information to the Thaumaturge Tome page. Unfortunately, Lich scripts and new pages regarding Lich scripts are not permitted. I have been instructed by the GameMasters to remove the article at Thaumaturge Tome Script in seven days (on April 23, 2023). I want to make sure that you have the opportunity to save this information or move it to an approved script article before the page is permanently deleted. The wiki policy for documenting Lich software is viewable on Help:Style#Lich_information. You will need to get staff approval before creating any new Lich script pages or subpages by contacting the GSWiki email address. (It is perfectly fine to continue to make edits to existing Lich script pages or subpages.)
I will be taking the following steps:
- I am adding a template to the article at Thaumaturge Tome Script noting that it is marked for deletion.
- I will be deleting the article a week from today.
- I am leaving a duplicate note on your user page.
If you have any questions, please let me or another mod know, either via the talk page or by asking on the official Discord server. Thank you for understanding. MOD-GSMOTTE (talk) 09:43, 16 April 2023 (CDT)
