First appearing as a nameless herald, Edryd later became a character that would announce court sessions a few days in advance. He appears to be somewhere between 10 and 14 years of age and is a resident of Solhaven, where his father is the High Priest of the local Temple to Lorminstra.
Appearance
You see Edryd. He appears to be a Human from Vornavis. He is a twig-like figure. He appears to be very young. He has large blue eyes and lily white skin. He has curly, shiny dirty blonde hair worn in a shaggy mop with evidence of recent combing. He has a dimple-cheeked face, a button nose and large ears. He is in good shape. He is holding a cockatrice feather quill in his left hand. He is wearing a long-chained copper swan pendant, a heavy oiled leather longcoat, a dark green twill vest over a high-collared crisp white tunic, a pair of pressed twill pants, and a pair of gold-buckled boots.
Additional Information
During the 2024, Memorial to the Griffin Sword Saga, Edryd perform a song in Lorminstra's Garden.
Ballad of Remembrance
In ages past, across Elanith's expanse wide,
A saga of courage, where heroes and darkness collide,
The Griffin Sword Saga, a tale of battles fought,
Where lives were lost, and sacrifices sought.
Ulstram, noble leader of The Resistance true,
Champion of Liabo, his strength and honor grew,
In hand-to-hand combat, he faced Morvule's might,
A clash of titans, in the dead of night.
Kendryth Tulurin, Paladin of Koar's divine grace,
Protector of prophets, in a perilous chase,
Abducted and sacrificed, his fate so cruel,
Yet his bravery and virtue, forever fuel.
Ablen Clipaeum, Solar Templar, Phoen's faithful knight,
Fell to shadows, in the never-ending fight,
A hero in battle, his spirit never quailed,
In Griffin Sword's shadow, his bravery prevailed.
Chaeye Larrinthe, the dreamwalker, in nightmares deep,
Guarding against Sheru's devices, her eternal keep,
Retreated to dreams, where she found her peace,
Yet battled on, her strength did not cease.
In the heart of the war, The Dark Alliance rose,
Under Luukos, Sheru, Mularos, and Zerroth's throes,
Harith Caerines, the Whip of Mularos, dark and cold,
In Ta'Illistim's shadows, her tale unfolds.
Controlling minds with psionic might,
A terror in the dark, in the dead of night,
Hunted by Golden Hawks, her fate was sealed,
Her soul pulled back, but in banshee form revealed.
Morvule Thinevael, high priest of Luukos' dread,
Swept away by Griffin Sword's power, his essence fed,
Eryael, neutralized, by Ulstram's clever band,
Invasion of his mind, by heroes’ hand in hand.
Zerroth, comatose, in the Hinterwilds lay,
A remnant of the darkness, in the light of day,
The Griffin Sword Saga, a chapter now closed,
But in the echoes of battle, their legacy is imposed.
Solhaven, our town, our people bore the cost,
In the Griffin Sword Saga, so many lives were lost.
In our hearts, we honor those lost in strife
Their sacrifice and valor, their undying life.
So let this ballad echo through the years,
Of our fallen heroes shed no tears,
For in their sacrifice, a seed of hope is sown,
In the hearts of the living, their legacy is known.
In the annals of time, their story shall remain,
A tribute to courage, amidst sorrow and pain,
In the Griffin Sword Saga, their spirits soar high,
Guiding us through darkness, towards the endless sky.
