Acicular crystal formations pierce through the mahogany planks of the repurposed house, their facets glinting from the pulsing glow emanating from a dusty, orb-capped chandelier. A barbed wrought iron stand casts spiked shadows softened by the gentle, rhythmic illumination. Barely concealing a narrow staircase, devore velvet curtains patterned in monochromatic florals echo the profusion of black star calla lilies framing the glass display case set to one side.

Pierced Veil, Second Floor

[Pierced Veil, Second Floor] Room: 8084130
The stairs lead up to a spacious room with a pair of splintered doors on the western wall. Tattered shreds of gossamer drape from the edges of the ceiling, brokenly veiling tilted paintings and a full-length mirror tucked into one corner. In the center of the room, open manacles hang from the armrests and footrest of a reclined leather chair. Scattered around a mahogany console table, piles of dusty velvet cushions provide an alternative to the questionable seating.
