Multi-setting teleporter

A multi-setting teleporter works similarly to a gold ring, however it is designed to store multiple target locations which can be selected via several different verbs. Multi-setting teleporters can have different total settings and have been available in varieties ranging from 3 settings to 12 settings. Commands to use the amulet include: TAP - Shows the room names of all stored destinations. PEER - Shows the current destination. RUB - Teleport to the current destination. PULL - Turns to the next stored destination. PUSH - Turns back to the previous stored destination. TURN - Sets the current room to a stored destination. TWIST - Allows you to specify a desired numerical destination. Normal alteration guidelines apply. Usage Verb First Third PEER You stare intently at your ring. A fog begins to creep into the periphery of your vision, gradually obscuring your surroundings. Then, the details of another location overlay the haze, showing you... [Target Room] Person gazes fixedly at his amulet, as if mesmerized. Shows the current destination. PULL The amulet begins to glow, giving off a greenish phosphorescence. Slowly a fiery sigil appears, depicting the numeral #. It flickers a few moments like a candle dancing in mist, then fades away to nothing. Person concentrates intently on his amulet. Turns to the next stored destination. PUSH The amulet begins to glow and gradually, a fiery sigil appears on its surface, depicting the numeral #. It flickers a few moments, then disappears. Person concentrates intently on his amulet. Turns back to the previous stored destination. RUB Suddenly, your ring spouts thick clouds of fog. In the next heartbeat, you feel yourself launch into the air, and you are hurtling through empty space! Abruptly, the sensation ceases, leaving you a bit unsteady on your feet. Departure: Person rubs his ring and fog billows from it in a thick cloud, quickly obscuring his form from sight. As the murk clears, you see Person is no longer there. Arrival: A blanket of fog begins to fill the room. As it clears, Person is suddenly standing in front of you. Teleport to the current destination.
