2002: The Second Battle of ShadowGuard occurred during the [[Griffin Sword War]] in 5102, fought between elven forces and adventurer allies against the undead of the Dark Alliance.

2014: As part of the [[Painful Memories]] storyline by GM-Mazreth with some minor tie-ins to the [[Cross Into Shadows]] storyline, mages from Ta'Illistim opened a portal to the ruins of Shadowguard from Lormesta to Charlatos 5114 (January-March 2014) largely involving [[Tiope]].

Shadowguard was a Vaalorian fortress used in the Undead War during the Battle of ShadowGuard. The garrison of Shadowguard was known as the Legion of the Shadow.[1]
