Log

Introduction

[composite shot of initial guests]

[Fane of the God-King, Garden]

Lofty elder trees spread their branches toward the night sky to either side of a yellow-bricked path, which extends from a pair of white stone columns to a high, gold-rimmed archway leading into the temple. Rising above dewy banks of amaranth and cinquefoil, the edifice is a massive confection of gold and blanched stone. Phosphorescent globes spaced about the base of the temple set its aureate windows aglitter. You also see a forest fox that is sitting, a sleek raven, the purple Selaesia disk, the Brokkrsten disk, a pert glacier spirit that is flying around, a blue-eyed calico cat and an outgoing lake spirit that is flying around.

Also here: Mayor Cruxophim, Lord Evician, Severine, Aveigh, Chaoswynd, Goldstr, Maiden Leafiara, Rendena, Dinaden, Shiril, Alisaire, Grand Lady Roelaren, Lady Wintersylph, Selaesia, Maven Brokkrsten

You say, "Observers who are not devotees of Koar will not be able to enter the inner fane proper, so we will conduct the conclave before its doors."

You say, "To my fellow worshippers, I apologize for taking unilateral action, but I allowed observers to come and witness in the interest of disclosure and openness."

Speaking to Evician, you say, "We'll hold it here so the observers may be able to stay."

You say, "Evician would like to start us off."

Evician melodically says, "Good evening all attendees, I am Acolyte Evician servant of Koar and a protector of our fair city in the landing and in solhaven proper. Tonight we will go over many things, including information about our Lord Koar and what we and He is about. So please hold your questions until all the information is given. Thank you for joining us, we are blessed you are here."

Evician melodically says, "Deacon, you have the floor."

Speaking to Brokkrsten, you ask, "Would you like to say anything before we begin?"

You say, "Well, we've already begun, but..."

Speaking to you, Brokkrsten says, "No, other than ta thank all those present fer comin'."

Speaking to Wintersylph, you ask, "High Priestess, any words?"

Wintersylph softly says, "All eyes tonight upon the Holy Koar."

Wintersylph softly says, "May His Blessing, bring Blessing to all."

Wintersylph nods to you.

Members of the Conclave Offer Recommendations and Find Consensus

You recite:

"We've gathered today to discuss ways to reinforce our great community of believers, and to heal wounds of the past, to grow the faith and to do the will of Koar."

You recite:

"Though I helped organize this conclave, we here are all equal in the faith, and this is a matter pertaining not solely to those of the Church, but to all of Koar"

You recite:

"Now, we shall discuss how we might go about a revival, a rebirth in these places

And how we might best accomplish such."

You recite:

"I will ask each of the gathered Koarites for their opinions and ideas of how such should be done."

Evician nods to you.

Wintersylph hangs a resplendently combined holy symbol of Koar and Voln crafted of veil iron around her neck.

You recite:

"And many thanks for Evician, Wintersylph, and Brokkrsten for answering the call. I am eternally grateful"

Evician: Give Back to the Community, Support the Militia and Law Enforcement, Reassure Leaders

Evician raises his hand.

You turn to face Evician.

Wintersylph removes a Koar-sigiled leather prayerbook from her white leather belt.

Evician melodically says, "I have a few ideas how we can do this."

Evician melodically says, "First we need to get back into the community, we need to seek out our widowed, our orphans, our invalids. We need to reassure them, they are not alone. That we can and WILL help them. We are given justice in our hearts to do what is right. To stop the innocent folks from being killed. They are losing faith, I have seen it, in many of our adventurers, in many of the citizens of the Landing and in Solhaven. We need to especially look to the orphans, they are the future and we have to strengthen our resolve to train these children up correctly. Letting them know, that what they see, is not always right."

Evician melodically says, "We need to support our local militias, our law enforcers, they to are servants that Koar has designated to take care and protect the people. We need to reassure the leaders of said towns, that Koar has placed them, not us,but Him, in their positions to equally delegate authority and leadership and to guide the town and give it a future."

Evician slowly empties his lungs.

Wintersylph: A Reawakening, Serve as an Example, and Defend the Young Faithful

Speaking to Wintersylph, you ask, "Lady Wintersylph, you have thoughts?"

Leafiara turns to face Wintersylph.

Speaking softly to you, Wintersylph says, "I Have many Deacon."

You smile at Wintersylph.

Speaking politely to Evician, Cruxophim ventures, "Koar helps those that help themselves?"

Wintersylph softly says, "I will tell quick story."

Wintersylph softly says, "It is sacred to me, but I will share."

Wintersylph softly says, "Because this is finally the time."

Wintersylph softly says, "Years Back when I was already on the Path."

Wintersylph softly says, "I was approach unprevoked by me, by a champion of Koar."

Wintersylph softly says, "That Champion gave me two items."

Wintersylph put a Koar-sigiled leather prayerbook in her snow-white cloak.

Wintersylph removes a resplendently combined holy symbol of Koar and Voln crafted of veil iron from her neck.

Wintersylph raises her combined holy symbol skyward!

Wintersylph softly says, "This symbol."

Wintersylph put a resplendently combined holy symbol of Koar and Voln crafted of veil iron in her snow-white cloak.

Wintersylph removes a radiant white ora espadon caught with a crown-shaped gilded ring from in her weapon harness.

Burning low, the flames encasing Wintersylph's white ora espadon emit an angry hiss.

Wintersylph softly says, "And this."

As Wintersylph raises her white ora espadon, a sense of majesty briefly emminates outward.

Holding her white ora espadon, Wintersylph cries out, "Koar, aid me in my hour of need!"

(Evician bows his head.)

Wintersylph softly says, "This sword."

You gaze with awe at Wintersylph.

Wintersylph softly says, "Was forged by the Akarti themselves."

Wintersylph softly says, "Koar himself charged it with runes, and a loresong."

Wintersylph softly says, "And then he named it."

Wintersylph softly says, "Its name is "Koars Awakening"."

Speaking to Wintersylph, Roelaren says, "A very wonderful weapon do ye have the lore song to share with us."

The crimson flames surrounding Wintersylph's white ora espadon flare up a brilliant orange for a moment.

Speaking softly to Roelaren, Wintersylph says, "I do not, I was unable to sing it myself and had to have a Bard assist me, however it was written piously on the sword and so I didnt rewrite it purposely."

Wintersylph softly says, "But the Name is Koars Awakening."

Roelaren says, "Thak ye."

Roelaren smiles at Wintersylph.

Wintersylph softly says, "I didnt get any directions as to why."

Wintersylph softly says, "It came to me."

Wintersylph softly says, "Or what I was suppose to do."

Roelaren says, "That is the best kind."

Wintersylph softly says, "But this seems... appropiate."

Roelaren says, "Ye will be able to in tiime."

Speaking to Wintersylph, you say, "Absolutely. Amazing, High Priestess. Truly amazing."

You smile at Wintersylph.

Wintersylph softly says, "So I will, best tomy ability, help Re Awaken Koar."

Speaking to Wintersylph, you ask, "And how do you envision to accomplish this reawakening?"

Alisaire mildly says, "I am certain that you would find a fitting way to reawaken Koar's sword."

Speaking softly to you, Wintersylph says, "By using the tools I was given."

Speaking to Wintersylph, you say, "They are many, and powerful, I see."

Speaking to Wintersylph, you ask, "Do you have any other recommendations for the conclave? Or advice?"

Speaking softly to you, Wintersylph says, "There are many who stand in our way."

You frown.

You say, "There are."

Wintersylph softly says, "Some are from the south."

Wintersylph softly says, "And they will take notice of this reakening."

Wintersylph softly says, "Everwatch tower has enimes and those who will plot against us."

Wintersylph softly says, "Hedgewizards, the Arcane Eye."

You nod grimly at Wintersylph.

Wintersylph softly says, "I will defend the young ones of our faith."

Evician nods at Wintersylph.

Wintersylph softly says, "And set an example for others."

Wintersylph softly says, "We will not cower in the face of the enemey or the unbeliever."

You turn to Wintersylph and cheer!

Wintersylph softly says, "And so I ask my the other elders to do the same, use what Koar has provided you, defend our young faithful, and set an example for all to see."

Wintersylph nods to you.

Evician melodically says, "Here here."

Evician nods at Wintersylph.

Wintersylph nods at Evician.

Wintersylph softly says, "Will share the runesong of the blade when anyone wishes to hear it, I have a single Bard who reads it regularly for me."

Speaking to Wintersylph, you say, "You are an example to us all, High Priestess. I am always glad I was able to meet you. And am always thankful to Falvicar for introducing us."

Speaking to Wintersylph, you say, "The Ronanites have ever been steadfast allies."

You say, "And now, the followers of Phoen."

You smile at Dinaden.

Speaking softly to you, Wintersylph says, "And Koars Son as well, and the order of Voln."

You say, "Always."

Dinaden blinks.

Brokkrsten: A Mayor Gone Demonic, Work Together and Protect Others

Speaking to Wintersylph, you say, "And if you've no objections to me moving forward, I'd like us all to hear from Maven Brokkrsten."

Wintersylph nods.

Wintersylph softly says, "Absolutely."

Brokkrsten says, "Imma jus' a simple priest, nae as schooled in the fine arts o' speakin' as some here."

Brokkrsten says, "I agree wit the Lady Wintersylph, so I won' repeat what she's so eloquently put forth."

Brokkrsten says, "But I can tell' ya what I've seen in the North lately disturbs me greatly."

Brokkrsten says, "Our esteemed mayor, possesed and given over to the demonic."

Brokkrsten shakes his head, clucking his tongue.

You nod gravely.

Roelaren says, "That is very sad."

Brokkrsten says, "We failed her."

Alisaire mildly says, "That sounds quite dreadful."

Speaking dryly to Alisaire, Shiril says, "Indeed."

Brokkrsten says, "It falls onta us ta not let this happen, and ta defend the people agains' such things."

Speaking complacently to Brokkrsten, Cruxophim offers, "My condolences, of course."

Brokkrsten says, "Perhaps, workin' together, we can allay such things from happenin' to the innocent."

Cruxophim nods in agreement at Brokkrsten.

Brokkrsten nods to you.

Irar: Root out Corruption and Bigotry in the Church, Work with Koarites Outside the Church

You say, "If there are no other suggestions from the faithful, I shall speak."

You ask, "Is this acceptable?"

Evician melodically says, "Aye Deacon."

Wintersylph softly says, "Of couse."

You recite:

"I am placed in the position of representing the Church, which is in the position of being most at blame for the fear and distrust of Koar in these parts."

You recite:

"I accept this, as does the Prelate. The actions of Chaston were inexcusable, as were the series of events that lead to his rise to power. We should have prevented it, but we didn't."

You recite:

"As Deacon of the Church, I have sought to rectify this, and to root out corruption and to prevent abuses of power as such, and to cast aside bigotry and hatred

That is a start for the Church, but we can do more."

You recite:

"That is why I have called this conclave, not to give out proclamations or demands, but to hear from the real faithful

Those not of the faith, those that have been here since the Church ever visited, these are the people."

You recite:

"That is what I shall do, to minister to my congregation, to reassure and reinforce those of the Church

But more than anything, to listen to the faithful outside of the Church, and to reinforce our wider community."

You recite:

"Koar is far too great to be contained by an Imperial organization

Though I do believe in the Church and support its mission, I believe the diversity of views, and the diversity of believers in Koar, such as Maven Brokkrsten and Lady Wintersylph demonstrate the strength of our faith"

You recite:

"As does Acolyte Evician, a newcomer to these regions in relative terms, but one who has demonstrated strength in faith and dedication"

The Conclave's Consensus

You say, "So, we have agreement."

You say, "Evician has proposed outreach and public service."

You say, "Lady Wintersylph has proposed setting an example through deeds."

You say, "Maven Brokkrsten has advocated the protection of innocents, among other things."

You say, "And I have advocated working with those outside of the Church, as well as reinforcing faith within the Church faithful."

You recite:

"Do the gathered faithful agree with these propositions?"

You turn to face Evician.

You turn to face Wintersylph.

You turn to face Brokkrsten.

Wintersylph softly says, "Here,here."

Evician melodically says, "Aye Deacon."

Brokkrsten nods to you.

You nod.

You say, "We are of one mind."

Wintersylph softly says, "We are of one mind."

You say, "Each of us shall carry out these missions as we see fit, and shall carry out the duties the others have suggested as they see fit."

You say, "Together we shall bring about a great revival."

You let loose with a shout of exultation!

You belt out, "Praise to Koar!"

Wintersylph hoots.

Evician yells, "Praise to Koar!"

Wintersylph yells, "Praise to Koar!"

Brokkrsten exclaims, "Praise ta Koar!"

Inviting Questions from Observers

You say, "I was interested in inviting observers for a good reason."

You say, "It is important that others see our deliberations, and are able to express their opinions and feelings."

You say, "To those of the faithful gathered who are called to other missions and must leave, I understand, but I invite you to stay and speak with those here who have questions or suggestions."

Leafiara glances at you and raises her hand.

You say, "I'll now open up the floor for questions or suggestions."

You say, "Please raise your hand so I can insure it's not a stampede of roltons in here."

Leafiara snickers.

Goldstr grins.

You say, "We are in the fane of the God-King, I'd remind you."

Roelaren smiles at you.

Cruxophim chuckles.

Leafiara glances at you and raises her hand.

You say, "And I would like to thank you all for being respectful."

Question #1, from Leafiara: Reparations for Chaston's Crusade

You say, "Leafiara has the floor."

Alisaire mildly says, "Those of us not of Koar are but guests here, tonight."

Speaking politely to you, Cruxophim agrees, "Indeed, most assuredly."

Leafiara philosophically begins, "Justice can't be paid for, nor can lives lost be restored, but..."

Leafiara looks thoughtfully at you.

Leafiara continues, "Reparations can be made. Considering that Chaston's crusades resulted in the deaths of half-elves and half-krolvin most of all, are there any plans to reach out specifically to these populations?"

Speaking to Leafiara, Roelaren says, "Very good question."

Speaking to Leafiara, you say, "I will speak with the Prelate specifically on this matter. I do not have domain over Church finances or policy on this. I do apologize that this happened."

Leafiara nods to you.

Speaking to Leafiara, you say, "I will do all I can to make sure that this is addressed."

You nod at Leafiara.

Speaking softly to you, Wintersylph asks, "Please?"

You turn to face Wintersylph.

Speaking to Wintersylph, you ask, "Yes?"

Leafiara gratefully says, "Thank you. I hope some small measure of comfort and solution can be found in this."

Leafiara nods to you.

Shiril glances between Wintersylph and yourself.

Wintersylph softly says, "If I may share some insight."

You nod at Wintersylph.

Speaking to Wintersylph, you say, "Absolutely. Please."

Wintersylph softly says, "The edict was not of choosing."

Wintersylph softly says, "My chossing that is."

Speaking to Wintersylph, you say, "I believe Miss Leafi was referring specifically to the Church in this matter, not to all Koarites."

Shiril gazes with interest at Wintersylph.

Wintersylph softly says, "I can not make reparations for the those who were subject to the that absolute terrible law."

Leafiara understandingly acknowledges, "Oh, certainly it wasn't of anyone's choosing here. Still, if the Church wants to bear responsibility... I would suggest that outreach."

Leafiara nods.

Speaking to Wintersylph, you say, "I should hardly think you should be held to account for the crimes of a rogue member of our order."

Leafiara nods to you.

Speaking softly to you, Wintersylph says, "I understand that."

You nod at Wintersylph.

Wintersylph softly says, "However."

Cruxophim gives Leafiara a strong, encouraging smile.

Wintersylph softly says, "Koar Seeks Balance that is."

Roelaren raises her hand.

You nod at Roelaren.

Wintersylph softly says, "And so I don not as a rule treat other differently."

Wintersylph softly says, "There are those who have come to the north who were subject to the edict."

Wintersylph softly says, "And brought with them, the disfunction it provided them."

Wintersylph softly says, "I have much empathy for them."

You nod at Wintersylph.

Wintersylph softly says, "However,"

Wintersylph softly says, "I cannot once aagin, begin to segregate them by trying to somehow provide an awareness of Reparations."

Wintersylph softly says, "So I dont."

You nod at Wintersylph.

Wintersylph softly says, "I treat them eqyually and fairly."

Wintersylph softly says, "Like everyone else."

Wintersylph softly says, "I hope others do the same."

Wintersylph softly says, "I feel the more we talk repararations the more it continues to harm them."

Wintersylph softly says, "My thoughts only."

You nod understandingly at Wintersylph.

Wintersylph softly says, "Hope that helps."

Leafiara furrows her brow.

Goldstr whispers, "In wha way?"

You say, "Thank you, Priestess."

Cruxophim cocks his head at Wintersylph.

Cruxophim kisses Rendena tenderly on the cheek.

You say, "Lady Roelaren has the floor."

Cruxophim gives Roelaren a strong, encouraging smile.

Leafiara tilts her head toward Roelaren, examining her intently as the tip of one ear twitches briefly.

Cruxophim turns an inquisitive ear toward Roelaren.

Roelaren says, "Thank ye Leafi for that question, I see it more as how will they will be treated now from the followers not so much as from the "Church of Koar" and Winter addressed it but time will see if all followers will feel the same way. And repariations can come from the love and well treat ment of the following of Koar."

Speaking to Roelaren, you ask, "You have a question?"

Roelaren says, "That was it."

Question #2, from Madala: Segregation in the Faith

You say, "Madala has the floor next."

Roelaren smiles at you.

You say, "Lady Roelaren's question doesn't seem to be so much of a question as a statement, though I value her input."

You say, "I will move on to Madala."

You nod at Madala.

Madala's cheeks darken with a deep carmine shade.

Madala says, "I'm sorry, I'm still pretty new, but I'm not sure I follow the worries about segregation."

Leafiara acknowledges, "And she is right... fellowship can be as good a reparation as any, or better."

You peer quizzically at Madala.

Madala asks, "If there are two houses, and one's on fire, we don't treat both houses the same, right?"

Madala says, "We get buckets of water for the one that's on fire."

Speaking blandly to Madala, Shiril says, "That rather depends on who is on fire."

Speaking to Madala, you say, "In my opinion, we treat fires in the same manner. They are to be put out as soon as possible."

Madala says, "I lived in Mestanir, and we had a lot of fires."

Madala says, "Yeah, so if the half-elves are the ones on fire, it's not segregating 'em to pour water on them."

You look at Madala and shake your head.

Madala says, "Maybe I'm just not understanding."

Madala says, "I pray for guidance when I should've been prayin' for brains."

Speaking to Madala, you say, "Perhaps I am misunderstanding, but I will say that the days of discrimination in the Church are over. For my part."

Speaking to Madala, Shiril says, "Generally a wise idea, though guidance from the right sources generally doesn't hurt."

Madala says, "I'll remember that, for sure."

Madala says, "Thank you for taking the time."

Berkana says, "Sometimes finding the right source can be difficult."

You say, "I am Deacon of the Church of Koar in the Landing, and I can only speak specifically for the congregation for which I've been tasked, but I highly doubt the Prelate disagrees."

You say, "There is no sensible reason the Church should discriminate by race."

You say, "If it should, I would not abide by it."

Speaking to Berkana, Shiril agrees, "Indeed."

Wintersylph softly says, "I f ikeep waterin dem same elfs, and then ask all my brethern to water them elfs as well like they some kind of starving plant, well then... days and months after the fire, they probly gonna drown or get real pee'd when somebody dumps another bucket of water on der face."

Alisaire mildly says, "We've had enough drownings and flooding here in Solhaven."

You ask, "Other questions?"

Berkana says, "Watering..."

You say, "Now is the time, especially to embarass me."

You smirk.

Cruxophim glances at you and raises his hand.

Wintersylph softly says, "Oh boy."

Question #3, from Cruxophim: Roltons, Roa'ters, and an Offer of Aid from a Nonbeliever

You say, "Cruxophim has the floor."

Speaking politely to you, Cruxophim ventures, "Shall I tell them about that one incident with the rolton, then...?"

Speaking gently to you, Cruxophim interjects, "I jest."

Speaking amusedly to Cruxophim, Shiril says, "Do tell..."

Speaking to Cruxophim, you say, "I cannot approve of your misspelling of roa'ter, Mayor."

You say, "Shame."

Speaking warmly to you, Cruxophim continues, "I will say, while I am not an adherent myself, I do believe in truth in the hearts of men and woman. Anything that I might do to aid, of course, you need only ask."

Speaking to Cruxophim, you say, "Though it may be an unpopular opinion, I do believe there is a purpose for you, Mayor."

Speaking mildly to you, Cruxophim muses, "I would like to think so, yes. Thank you."

Speaking mildly to you, Alisaire says, "I tend to agree."

Speaking softly to you, Wintersylph says, "Ask him to stop eating all da apples, let's test his faith right here and now."

Speaking bemusedly to you, Cruxophim suggests, "Koar works in mysterious ways at times, one supposes."

Speaking to Wintersylph, you ask, "Faith in what?"

Wintersylph softly says, "Dem dark looking...blodd apples."

Speaking charmingly to Wintersylph, Cruxophim remarks, "I can't imagine Koar cares much about apples."

Question #4, from Irar to the Conclave: Positions on the Vigilante

You say, "That brings up an important issue."

You say, "Which should be addressed now."

Speaking diplomatically to Wintersylph, Cruxophim adds, "Except, perhaps, in the gracious acceptance of all living organisms."

You say, "The vigilante and the Mayor, and the Church."

You say, "Since the vigilante has seemingly expressed an opinion about what I should be doing."

Speaking to Cruxophim, Brokkrsten says, "I suspect Icemule's mayor may have said sumptin similar at one time..."

Speaking grimly to Brokkrsten, Cruxophim states, "Pity, that."

You say, "Justice is Rone's objective, ostensibly."

Speaking softly to Cruxophim, Wintersylph says, "Dem apples in my books is a living thing, although you've consumed an orchard and a half all by yerself, if I was a druid of Koar, well then..."

Speaking to Brokkrsten, Shiril says, "There's nothing overly wrong with the demonic, you do realize? Perhaps the Mayor is better off now."

You say, "I would ask the conclave, now."

You recite:

"To the gathered faithful of Koar, what is your opinion of this vigilante?"

Speaking reasonably to Wintersylph, Cruxophim reminds, "I also care for them, and tend to their.. needs."

You turn to face Wintersylph.

You turn to face Brokkrsten.

Speaking affably to Wintersylph, Cruxophim reminds, "Someone has to, to not would be a dereliction of duty."

Speaking to Dinaden, Dirra says, "Apologies for sighting."

Goldstr says, "Simple murderer."

Wintersylph softly says, "The Vigilante."

Wintersylph softly says, "I believe others are playing copy cat."

Speaking pleasantly to Dirra, Shiril says, "Dirra. How lovely to see you."

Speaking to Wintersylph, you say, "We know for a fact others are playing copy cat."

Speaking evenly to you, Cruxophim opines, "This vigilante has far too high an opinion of himself and his purpose. I cannot imagine that Koar would approve of such unmitigated hubris."

'Wintersylph softly says, "However, he has broke the laws in our city and needs to face justice."'Bold text

Speaking to Dirra, Goldstr says, "Lady Crawfinn."

Wintersylph softly says, "Even if his assertions are true."

Speaking to Goldstr, Dirra says, "Evening Sir Aimright."

Alisaire mildly asks, "What is Koar without Justice?"

Speaking disdainfully to Alisaire, Cruxophim agrees, "Yes, what he does is not justice, neither secular nor divine."

Speaking to Cruxophim, Alisaire says, "If you refer to the vigilantee occasionally known as Rone, I wholeheartedly agree."

Speaking softly to you, Wintersylph says, "I have a problem with those who hunt him under the guise of an enemy of the Landing, taking on the very same characteristics that the vigilante himself does, its Ironic, but his behavirs says we should capture him and bring him to trial, otherwords we are just like him."

Speaking to Wintersylph, you say, "I can't say I disagree."

Soliciting Input from Observers

You say, "Now."

You say, "I will end in an unconventional manner."

You say, "This is not a Town Hall, this was a conclave in which observers were welcomed to our gathering. And I was interested in observers coming so I could hear from them."

You say, "But unlike a Town Hall, discussion is not entirely voluntary here."

You say, "We have many skiddish people here."

You say, "Thus I will be drafting folks, and you are free to pass."

Berkana asks, "We do?"

Speaking to you, Roelaren says, "I like that word."

Speaking to you, Shiril asks, "Skiddish?"

Alisaire mildly says, "I believe those of us not dedicated to Koar have attempted to be respectful, thus largely maintaining our silence."

Speaking to you, Dinaden asks, "I have been...selected as it were?"

Comment #1, from Dinaden: Firm Leadership to Mend Scars

Speaking to Dinaden, you ask, "You are a great ally. You have thoughts?"

Speaking to Dinaden, you say, "Let us hear from a paladin of Phoen."

Dinaden thoughtfully says, "Not a question per se, but some comments after this gathering."

Dinaden seriously says, "My opinion is that I believe you are firmly on the right path. The Church has left many scars and as such, skepticism has bled into the very fiber of faith. Leadership must be from the front and you do great honor to all of Liabo with your efforts here this evening. Giving succor to those who need it, shining light into the darkness and reinforcing righteous ideals will heal these wounds in time."

Speaking to Dinaden, you say, "Thank you for your input, friend."

Comment #2, from Berkana: Worship and Let Worship, No Room for Zealots and Manipulation

Speaking to Berkana, you say, "You showed up a bit later than most."

Berkana says, "Yes, I did."

Speaking to Berkana, you ask, "What have you to say of the faithful's mission in these parts? Do you have comments? Recommendations?"

Speaking quietly to you, Berkana says, "It has always been my opinion that those who do not share my worship, are welcome to engage in their own. It has little bearing on me."

Berkana says, "That said..."

Berkana says, "I do take exception with zealots and charismatics that try to manipulate others, which I suppose I should not. My Queen welcomes domination and tyranny."

Berkana says, "So my opinion is really of very little importance."

Speaking to Berkana, you say, "No opinion is of little importance."

Speaking to yourself, you say, "Save Hlendril."

You say, "I jest. Even he has his place."

Speaking to Berkana, you say, "Thank you for your candour."

Leafiara dubiously wonders, "Does he?"

Roelaren says, "He will have to find his way."

Comment #3, from Goldstr and Alisaire: No Doubts in The Faithful or Koar, Optimism for the Conclave

Speaking to Goldstr, you ask, "Sir Goldstr. You have thoughts?"

Speaking to you, Berkana says, "You can always count on it."
