Locksmithing RT is quite long and a lot of people hate it. However, it can be reduced by Celerity or Song of Tonis, so next time you're picking for a wizard or bard with the right training, you can ask them for a boost to make both your lives just a little bit better.
Wizards can also imbed Celerity in magic items such as ranger rods made with Imbue, so with enough Magic Item Use training to use them you can keep a stockpile on hand for some nice RT reduction for one minute out of every four.
