History
A former Emporion spice trader, the failure of both his sons (Nystros and Taelarn) to master Sorcery has caused him to take up the mantle. He knows that it will be centuries before he learns anything of real power at home in new Ta'Faendryl and so decides to travel to Wehnimer's Landing after hearing rumors of a Faendryl mayor. He knows this town has a history of Sorcerous knowledge, as the great historians Xorus Kul'shin and Silvean Rashere reside there.
Since arriving, he has been welcomed into the Faendryl Enclave and the Order of the Shadow, as well as the Twilight Hall.
Appearance
You see Maltreis Eilindel Faendryl the Re-Animator. He appears to be a Dark Elf. He is average height. He has brooding grey-green eyes and pale skin. He has very long, silky platinum hair swept back from the temples. He has angular pointed ears. His face is concealed by a smooth skull bone faceplate. He has a long cut down the center of his right palm. He is in good shape. He is wearing a small bronze pentagram pendant, a jet black spidersilk cloak edged with silver silk trim, a gold-framed square despanal brooch, a slit-pupiled eye symbol incised in yellow heliodor, a scarlet owl-shaped pin, an alum-banded runestaff sling, a frayed leather harness, an ebony shirt with a pattern of voided velvet imitating rib bones, some thick light leather, a mithril manacle linked by chain-wrapped stones carved with Faendryl runes, a pair of fingerless gloves of fine knit grey wool wrist-bound with thin black straps, a gold-runed dark bronze scroll tube, a pair of dark cotton pants paneled with alabaster bourde, and some dark stitched zombie skin boots laced with waxed sinew.
