Combat Toughness is a combat maneuver that permanently enhances your maximum number of hitpoints (HP) by 5 plus 10 points per rank.

The Combat Toughness combat maneuver is always active once you have learned it. It provides a constant enhancive bonus to your maximum number of hitpoints.
