You see the Wedding Planner Tromgren.
He appears to be a Dwarf.
With deeply tanned skin and sun-lightened brown hair, the young dwarf has obviously spent an abundant amount of time in the sun.  His blond-streaked beard has been neatly trimmed, though his darker hair is beginning to show again.  His facial hair partially obscures the laugh lines he has begun to develop.
He is wearing a strand of luckbloom-carved sandalwood beads, a long roan cotton vest worn over a natural linen shirt, dark taupe breeks, and a pair of cord-tied suede sandals.
