Found in the shop Spellbound at Bloodriven Village, service skill potions made be purchased for 50,000 bloodscrip.

Issue

These potions are expensive, and sometimes you only need a 200-300 skill boost, so 300-200 skill provided by a potion purchase is simply lost.
