Alouetta is a merchant that travels over the western sections of Elanthia, sometimes even traveling to as far away as the realm of Naidem for a bit of fun. She's a minstrel and artist by nature, but an avid crafter as well.

Appearance

You see Alouetta.
She appears to be a Half-Elf.
She is average height.  She appears to be very young.  She has almond-shaped amber eyes and coppery brown skin.  She has long, shiny tawny brown hair drawn up into two high buns, one over each ear, that are bound in place with colorful ribbons.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a bird-beaked canary yellow mask with plum eye-diamonds, a rippling fluffy white tulle ruff, a simple dusty travel pack, an off-white linen corset decorated in alternating diamond patterns over an off-shoulder frilly cotton shirt, a short plum-hued kerchief skirt trailing canary yellow bells from the points with some baggy and checkered cotton leggings in garish colors underneath, and a pair of leaf-mouthed plum and canary yellow poulaines with pronounced toe curls.

Personality

Playful and lively, she's quick on her feet when it comes to spouting out a limerick or poetry. Even a quick song. She was once late to a merchant event and when she got there the players told her that they had decided she was going to be the star of the play and it had to be put on immediately. When asked what the play was about so that she could prepare, she was told it was about an egg. Thus was born the Ode to an Egg. She claims to only drink on Volns. However, the truth of the matter is she tends not to drink because she gets into trouble when she does. She's a Cholenite with Zelian tendencies. She can be a bit sassy, but in a fun way.

From sunny-side up to a soft poached kiss,
You bring us joy with your perfect bliss.
Whisked into batter for pancakes so light,
Or scrambled with cheese, a comforting sight.

Boiled and sliced on a salad so green,
Your creamy yolk is a sight to be seen.
In cakes and cookies, you lend your grace,
Adding moisture, richness, to every taste.

Oh, versatile egg, you bind and bind,
In sauces and custards, you're one of a kind.
You make soufflés rise to great heights,
A culinary wonder, a true chef's delight.

But let us not forget your nutritious might,
With proteins and vitamins, you shine so bright.
A symbol of birth, and of life's renewal,
You nourish our bodies, our souls, so crucial.

So here's to you, egg, in all your splendor,
A kitchen companion, a taste bud tender.
In breakfast, lunch, and dinner's embrace,

Whiskerpuff, the Unicorn Kitten

In a darkened alley, where shadows do creep,
Lived a kitten named Whiskerpuff, with dreams sweet.
Lonely and small, her whiskers forlorn,
She gazed at the sky, where the night stars were born.

A falling star streaked, a cosmic delight,
Whiskerpuff closed her eyes, wished with all her might.
"Grant me a wish," she meowed to the night air,
"To be a unicorn, with a magical flair!"

The stars seemed to twinkle, conspiring above,
Granting her wish with a sprinkle of love.
In the morning, she awoke with a surprise,
A tiny unicorn nub 'neath her curious eyes.

Trials and tribulations, adventures untold,
In the alleyways, her story would unfold.
No hooves or great stature, just a nub on her head,
But a unicorn horn that sparkled, a magical thread.

Through dumpsters and bins, she pranced with delight,
Her horn shining bright, a beacon in the night.
Not a creature majestic, like the tales often told,
But a kitten with a horn, both charming and bold.

Mr. Fluffington, the tom cat nearby,
Couldn't believe the magic that met his keen eye.
"Little Whiskerpuff, with your horn so bright,
You're the talk of the alley, a curious sight!"

Whiskerpuff purred, her whiskers a-twirl,
"I may not be giant or a unicorn girl.
But my horn is my magic, my own special light,
I'll shine through the darkness, all through the night."

So in Whiskerburg's alleys, the tale it is told,
Of a kitten with dreams, and a horn made of gold.
No hooves, just her paws and a magical grin,
Whiskerpuff, the unicorn-kitten, forever to win!
