Welkin Hall is the Premium Hall located in Kharam Dzu on Teras Isle.

Location

It is located down a stony path located at Ghorsa Isle, Plaza Northeast.

Note: In Platinum, at least, a character under twenty trainings cannot GO PORTAL or CLIMB PORTAL to Welkin Hall.

Premium Transport Jewelry

A table stocked with Premium transport jewelry is located in the first room, the Common Hall.

On the oak table you see a silver-strung onyx banded cameo, a pair of iron and onyx cufflinks, an iron and mithril band, an anvil-etched mithril bracer, a bronze-scaled rearing dragon pin, an alum-inlaid yellow sunstone ring, an intricate firestone band, a verdigris twining asp bracelet, a bent iron fork bracelet, a silver filigree-edged brooch, an enameled steel mule pendant, a frothing iron tankard pin, a bronze hammer-dimpled armcuff, a braided alum and copper wristband, hammer-carved polished modwir armband.

Food and Drinks

Oriel Chamber

North of the Common Hall in Oriel Chamber there is food and drink for the Four Winds members to partake in.

On the refreshment tray you see a toasted oatcake, a handful of peanuts, a mug of frothy dark ale and a cup of spiced apple cider.

On the silver serving cart you see a crumbly spiced apple tart, a mug of rich black coffee, a mug of hot rum toddy, a butter pecan cookie, a mug of creamy hot cocoa and a frosted chocolate donut.
