An oaken wand contains a number of charges of the spell Stun Relief (108). One activates the wand using WAVE (verb), and successful activation is dependent on the user's Magic Item Use.
Unused wands generated by the treasure system are called fresh and may be copied by the Duplicate spell. Oaken wands are crumbly.
