Pocket adding is a merchant service that adds a pocket to an item that is unpocketed, such as clothing found in the treasure system. More complicated items like fancy gowns may also be able to be worked on, depending on if the merchant is willing to work on the item script, and if the item script is able to be worked on in this manner.
Use the INSPECT verb to determine if an item is pocketed. This service is NOT the same as deepening.
