Arcane Symbols

Arcane Symbols is the skill that controls how well a character can use magical scrolls. Higher ranks in this skill not only allow higher level spells to be read from scrolls, but also increase a spell's duration when invoked from a scroll.

Arcane Symbols counts as a magical skill for the purposes of runestaff training.
