I don't know if holy water flares end at CER 10 or after CER 10. I also don't know if they're reduced in power up to CER 10 or at CER 10+ (meaning is CER 9.9 100% or something a lot less). Holy Water Flare Reduction Based on CER Level

- Holy Flares are reduced in potency over 10 CER. I just checked. Discord Link
- It's not a flat removal but a reduction of the damage until I assume they hit 0. Discord Link
