Holy Flares are reduced in potency over 10 CER. I just checked. Discord Link

It's not a flat removal but a reduction of the damage until I assume they hit 0. Discord Link

	My Thoughts: I ~~don't~~ ~~know if~~ holy water flares ~~end at CER 10 or after CER 10. I also don't know if they're reduced in power up~~ to ~~CER~~ ~~10 or~~ at CER 10+ (~~meaning is CER 9.9 100% or something a lot less). My testing was on a CER 11 (0~~/30) ~~weapon and it never flares holy water~~.
