I removed the NPC template from this "Work In Progress". If you read the Template:NPC Shops page, it states that it should only be used to "add NPC shops that are permanent in towns using the ORDER system." It was not indicated on the page that this location uses the ORDER system. The template was malfunctioning and the categories were not correct because it was not completely filled in according to the instructions. If this room does use the ORDER system, please gather all the relevant information and fill out all the fields and reapply the template. I am happy to help if you run into issues.
I recommend using the template {{Work-in-progress}} next time if you are intending to come back and work on a page so that people know you are returning to finish it. Otherwise, I recommend {{stub}} so that others know that they can work on the page and fill it out.
