Though they may have been released earlier, offering plates were distributed en masse with the Temple Wyneb release on August 15, 2002. AnalyzeYou analyze your offering plate and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions. The creator has also provided the following information: You sense that the plate can be altered so long as it makes sense for what its essential purpose is (a plate used for asking for donations/begging). When trying to POKE or TAP the plate, it makes the most sense for clerics. If you would prefer it make sense for anyone, you can ask a merchant about doing just that. You can try to TAP, POKE, WAVE, PUSH, SHOW (target), TOUCH, and RUB the plate. You get no sense of whether or not the plate may be further lightened. Usage
