Description
Vigan is wearing a pocketed paeline vest atop a cerulean flyrsilk robe, slitted in the back to accommodate his diaphanous lavender-veined wings. Swept back in a bun, thinning grey hair reveals an angular, weathered face. Framed by half-moon spectacles, his emerald eyes, piercing and bright, are shaded by a lurking weariness in their depths. Umber paeline slippers pad his feet, allowing him to move about the area silently.
